Insisting on the sauce taste that never has changed With the clean air of the organic farm at Bomun Mountain in Daejeon, this traditional soybean paste is stubbornly made of 100% Korean ingredients by Ko and naturally aged for 4 years
We take fermented soybean lump made of Korean beans and age it for 40~50 days by soaking it in the 5 years of bittern-removed, sun-dried, mineral-rich saltwater. After that, we put it in a pot and fermented for more than six years in the sun and fresh air. For that, the deep flavor of stubborn Ko's soy sauce is excellent.
When cooking soup, adding soy sauce later makes the soup taste better. When cooking, add soy sauce first to make the ingredients more savory.
Storage method and precautions: Avoid direct sunlight and store at room temperature.
